New Products from Worldwide in INTERMOT

INTERMOT, a world renowned international two-wheel exhibition saw so many world-renowned brands release their new products on October 4th. Let’s follow the lens of MEGA CHINAMOTOR, and discover the new products from these brands.


BMW released R nine T Pure in INTERMOT. The R nineT Pure embodies the essence of the purist, classic roadster-authentically designed, without frills and reduced to the absolute essentials. The design draws on a blend of both classic and modern stylistic elements of motorcycle construction combined with high-end details such as footrests and fork bridges in forged aluminium.

The fuel tank and front mudguard of the BMW R nineT Pure are finished in the colour Catalano Grey non-metallic. In combination with black for the suspension and drivetrain, this colour emphasises the purist character of the R nineT Pure as a roadster for dynamic, classic riding pleasure on country roads.


Harley-Davidson brought its newest street glide to INTERMOT. The typical and classical style and comfortable driving experience make it an ideal cruiser. Meanwhile, the style also lead the development road of motorcycle culture.


Kawasaki unveiled new products at the INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany on 4 October. The new Ninja 650 saw its European debut and, for the first time, the media and public witness the new trellis style frame, twin-cylinder water-cooled engine tuned for low and mid-range power and distinct Ninja style. As a stylish and practical answer to the needs of a growing European audience of those new to two wheels or moving from either a smaller or larger capacity machine, the Ninja 650 offers both sporting performance and weekday in-town versatility.


Yamaha Launched the new MT-09. For 2017 Yamaha's designers have created a

dynamic look for this trend setting Hyper Naked, while also enhancing its performance potential and thrill factor. With its aggressive new styling and enhanced technology, the new MT-09 continues to push the boundaries and inspire and excite every thrill seeking rider. The new MT-09 has twin-eye LED headlights, ultra-compact tail end, sharper, stronger and more compact design and 850 cc 30cylinder engine.


KTM brought MOTOGP-RC16 to INTERMOT 2016. MOTOGP-RC16 is designed and built in Austria, the RC16 will challenge MotoGP’s toughest combatants across the world over 18 rounds in 2017.  For MotoGP - a 4-stroke class -there is a capacity limit of 1,000 cc and a maximum of four cylinders permitted. For this new challenge, KTM has adopted this in V4 configuration; with two cylinders facing forward towards the front wheel and two facing up. This motorcycle is so cool.


DUCATI introduced the 1299 Panigale to INTERMOT 2016. The 1299 Panigale, with its 1285 cm3

Superquadro engine, raised the standards once again in terms of performance for supersports bikes on the international market. It has an incredible torque with a valvue of 144.6 Nm at 8,750 rpm, a dry weight of 166.5kg (367 lb) and maximum power of 205 hp at 10,500 rpm. With an extremely high power to weight ratio, the 1299 Panigale is a new benchmark standard for very high performance bikes. The whole 1299 Panigale/Panigale R range is equipped with monobloc Brembo M50 callipers which, as well as being designed to be compact, bring a significant reduction of weight.


UM Motorcycles is presenting at INTERMOT its European range of cruisers, sport, dual purpose, and scrambler models with smart design and quality. The innovative products with exciting design are embedded with the latest technology.

The famous motorcycle brands brought their new products in Intermot 2016. Meanwhile, some famous spare parts enterprises also brought their new products to the exhibition.

J. Juan:

The spare parts enterprise J. Juan brought its brake systems to INTERMOT. Its main activity is the design and building of control cables and components of brake systems for the automotive sector. J.Juan’s focus is to supply OEM to motorcycle companies, ATV, UTV and Mini cars on the global market.


CMS brought CARBON Fastback, which is the new carbon fiber version of the already known model VINTAGE SV from CMS Helmets.

It is guided by retro bold style and inspired by the models in the 60s and 70s with a contemporary interpretation, the reference VINTAGE SV CARBON  is made from the S-MATRIX technology in carbon resulting in a strong and lightweight shell.

The interior keeps the retro design but with SITIP® liner which can keep cool and dry inside with antiallergic and antibacterial properties.

The INTERMOT 2016 successfully closed its curtain on October 9th. With so many fantastic new models shown in the trade fair this year, INTERMOT presents audience a feast of eyes, and also the traders a great opportunity to make business.
