They say good things takes time to happen, so if you too had been waiting for a made in China ADV with affordable price, SHINERAY finally delivered XY400GY-3 ADV to importers and distributors in 2019. SHINERAY has always at the forefront when it comes to creating a disruption in the market and forming a new benchmark. SHINERAY had launched its previous premium version XY400GYback in 2008 in Mainland China and later Abroad under Euro 3/Euro 4 certificate of conformity. XY400GY-3 was the second generation with much more affordable price by cutting off all those unrealistic and expensive specs. This new adventure bike was powered by the same 400CC oil cooled DOHC 4 valves, 5 gears engine at max power 19.KW, Max torque 30N.m. Dimension L*W*H: 2100mm×890mm×1360mm, Seat height 860mm, wheel base 1400mm, 16-litre fuel tank, It has an overall fuel efficiency of 23.2kmpl on this motor, which effectively translated into a riding range of 370KM in a tank full. The XY400GY-3 adventure weighs 151KG (Dry) make it easy to maneuver, Max torque reach the top at 5500rmp with a half throttle as well with acceptable vibrations.
The suspension set-up of 46mm (F) and mono (R) proved to be quite impressive when we pushed the Adventure off the well-paved tarmac for it was quick to overcome the disturbances of the surface.
