2021 CST New Heavy-duty Tires Released

On May 28, 2021 CST new heavy-duty tires release conference was held during the Beijing International Motorcycle Exhibition.

As a well-known national tire brand on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, Cheng Shin Rubber has been actively promoting the research and development of high-performance heavy-duty tires, and CST tires are applied in various motorcycle events. Through continuous tests and practices on the track, Cheng Shin has continuously improved its products. CST high-performance heavy-duty tires are well received among professional riders and motorcycle riding enthusiasts.

This time, Cheng Shin released four new products, covering street sport, off-road and scooter tires.

S3: new steel wire sport tire

－0° wire winding technology, different density distribution, improving the grounding of different angles, light and flexible;

－Sporty tire design to greatly improve the control sensitivity and high-speed stability at bends;

－Double-pattern for rear tire tread for comprehensive consideration of stability and safety, ensuring riding durability and road holding at bends;

－Suitable for street sport bike.

AS5: excellent sport bike tire

－Designed for the track, combining street and track riding capabilities;

－Upgraded scar pattern, both hot melt and semi-hot melt products available;

－Applicable to sports, entertainment, competition riding purposes

A3: partial off-road tire for long distance riding

－A3, partially off-road product, experience the pleasure of optimized radial tire structure, reasonable strength design, good comfort and load capacity;

－Optimized wire winding technology to ensure highway stability and strengthen grounding quality;

－Varied-size patterns to improve the adaptability to different road surfaces;

－High-content composite nano-silica formula giving the tire strong road holding on dry and wet roads and excellent durability;

－Suitable for long-distance travel and partially off-road riding (On-70% / Off-30%)

SC01: high performance semi-hot melt tire

－Steel wire winding radial structure ensuring rigidity of the tire tread, good high-speed stability and wear resistance;

－Straight groove pattern with semi-hot melt high-grip formula, using silicification modification rubber technology, different specific surface areas, and structure reinforcing particle composite technology to improve road holding and wear resistance and ensure riding safety and flexibility;

－Double-pattern rear tire to deliver high wear resistance as well as great efficiency and stability at bends.
