BOSUER has been famous for its big power. This time the 4V300RR balance shaft engine only weighs 31kg. The 72mm cylinder bore brings explosive force. The optimized Nibbi PWK34 caliber athletic carburetor makes the bike’s dynamic response more sensitive. With a 6-speed transmission, the bike responds quickly in different rev ranges. It is especially designed with backpressure stainless steel exhaust. All these equipment enable the bike to burst out a maximum power of 19.8kw/9,000rpm and a maximum torque of 24.0N·m/7,500rpm. The maximum engine speed is 10,800rpm, which is the highest rev among air-cooled engines.
This super engine uses a new design of efficient four-valve drive structure, imported-material valve spring and light valve, which can effectively reduce the driving loss and improve intake efficiency at high revs. The air inlet system is designed based on computational fluid dynamics, which greatly reduces the turbulence loss at high revs, and improves the impulse coefficient. The wedge-shaped combustion chamber and the piston-top skin effect further enhance the agitation of mixed gas to make the combustion more completed and efficient.
The sunken motor structure and single speed reduction transmission greatly reduce the size of the gearbox, bringing a more compact bike, which, most importantly, provides unique facilities for maintenance and repair.
It adopts bifurcated short roller rocker arm, reducing the friction of the contact between camshaft and rocker arm. The camshaft uses a ball bearing to reduce power loss.
In addition, the robust swing arm design provides a reliable guarantee for the engine running at high speed.
J11 adopts the latest chrome molybdenum steel frame. The new frame optimizes the legs on both sides, shortening the total width by 6mm, which is exactly the position where the rider clamps the bike. Meanwhile, the head pipe and main beam pipe are also improved in materials. The weight of frame is 2.8kg less than the previous one.

J-11 tends to be a professional racing bike with the Fast WP high-end shock equipment. The custom size is 930*54*60, which is the same specification in BOSUER’s racing models. The front and rear shock absorbers make a good match to bring good comfort.
The shock absorber oil is also a special selection of high-end racing-use shock oil.
J-11’s light aluminum alloy wheel hub is matched with high strength spokes and the same high strength aluminum alloy wheel ring as M4. It uses deep-tooth front 21-inch and rear 18-inch racing tires.
The deep-tooth tire is suitable for dry land, sand, mud and other complex road conditions. The tire pattern also provides better road holding and drainage effect.
The final transmission ratio of 13-49, combined with the high-strength 520# chain, makes the transmission more reliable, the power response more rapid and the top speed performance more satisfactory.
