CFMOTO Secures Double Podium Finish at MotoGP German Grand Prix with Two Runner-Up Results

The 2026 MotoGP German Grand Prix recently came to a successful conclusion at the Sachsenring circuit. CFMOTO delivered an impressive overall performance at the event, securing podium finishes in both the Moto2 and Moto3 categories. CFMOTO Aspar Team rider Daniel Holgado claimed second place in Moto2, while Máximo Quiles finished as runner-up in Moto3, helping CFMOTO achieve a strong double podium result across both classes at the German Grand Prix.
In the Moto2 race, Holgado maintained a strong pace throughout the event and showed excellent race form. After the start, hr quickly settled into the leading group and continued to build momentum as the race progressed. In the closing stages, the Spanish rider launched a strong challenge for victory, closing the gap to race leader Iván Ortolá from QJMOTOR. The two Spanish riders engaged in an intense battle for the top position, with the race remaining highly competitive until the final laps.

Holgado ultimately crossed the finish line in second place, finishing just 0,614 seconds behind the winner. Although he narrowly missed out on the victory, his performance at Sachsenring highlighted his outstanding race pace and further demonstrated the competitive strength of CFMOTO’s Moto2 machinery on the international stage.

The Moto3 race was equally intense, with CFMOTO Aspar Team rider Máximo Quiles involved in a thrilling battle for victory against Brian Uriarte. The two riders exchanged positions multiple times during the final stages of the race, remaining locked in a close fight right up to the final lap. A small mistake during the decisive moments prevented Quiles from securing the win, and he eventually crossed the line in second place. Despite missing out on the top step of the podium, Quiles once again delivered a consistent performance and strengthened his position in the championship standings.

As one of the most technically demanding circuits in the MotoGP calendar, the Sachsenring features a tight layout with numerous linked corners, placing high demands on motorcycle handling, rider precision, and race strategy. CFMOTO’s ability to place riders on the podium in both Moto2 and Moto3 highlights the team’s strong competitiveness across multiple racing categories.
