KOVE 625X Officially Launched in the Chinese Market

On December 16, KOVE officially unveiled its all-new mid-displacement adventure motorcycle, the 625X, while simultaneo usly announcing the unified official pricing for the Chinese market. The model is offered in two versions: the Standard Edition, priced at RMB 31,777, and the Intelligent Suspension Edition, priced at RMB 35,777. Customers may also opt for KOVE’s factory-tuned aluminum pannier set at an additional cost of RMB 2,000. With pricing and specifications now confirmed, the 625X has formally entered the Chinese market.

According to KOVE, the pricing of the 625X is not only a response to market expectations, but also carries deeper significance. The launch follows a major motor sport milestone, as KOVE Racing Team rider Benat Fernandez claimed the 2025 WSBK SSP300 World Championship title on October 19. By transferring racing-derived technology into production models, KOVE aims to continuously enhance the riding experience of its consumer products and further showcase the strength of Chinese manufacturing on the global stage.
Powering the 625X is a 581cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled DOHC engine, delivering a maximum output of 47 kW and peak torque of 57 N·m, with a top speed of up to 175 km/h.

Developed specifically for long-distance touring and mixed-terrain riding, the 625X differentiates its two versions primarily through the suspension setup. The Standard Edition features KYB mechanical suspension at both ends paired with CST tires, with a configuration focused on stability and comfort for urban and paved-road riding. The Intelligent Suspension Edition introduces an electronically controlled rear shock, incorporating the ADS adaptive continuous damping system and ALS adaptive hydraulic lift system. It also upgrades to Pirelli Scorpion tires and comes standard with front and rear dash cameras, making it better suited for long-distance adventure touring and complex, mixed-road conditions. Aside from these differences, both versions share identical overall design, core specifications, and chassis tuning.

In terms of product philosophy, the 625X emphasizes allowing riders to focus more fully on the ride itself. The intelligent suspension system automatically adapts to road conditions and riding states, eliminating the need for experience-based manual adjustments. Keyless ignition and a comprehensive suite of electronic rider aids further reduce operational burden. The motorcycle is also equipped with a millimeter-wave radar system, integrating blind-spot detection (BSD), rear collision warning (RCW), and lane change assist (LCA), providing enhanced safety support for highway cruising and urban commuting.

As an adventure motorcycle, the 625X is fitted with a 21.5-liter fuel tank, enabling a cruising range of over 500 km. Building on the well-regarded ergonomics and steering geometry of the previous 525X, the new model features an optimized center of gravity and more direct handling response. Even when equipped with the optional three-box luggage system, the curb weight is kept to 218 kg, balancing touring load capacity with agility. A 6.75-inch curved TFT display, heated grips and seat, welcome lighting, one-touch off-road mode, and extensive use of aluminum components further enhance comfort and practicality.

On the connectivity front, the 625X comes with a T-BOX and dedicated mobile app, supporting OTA updates, anti-theft alarms, electronic geofencing, route playback, and riding data logging, expanding the overall ownership experience. Three color options are available: Cloud Blade White, Obsidian Armor Black, and Stellar Ring Blue.
With pricing finalized and specifications fully disclosed, the 625X has emerged as a key addition to KOVE’s mid-displacement ADV lineup, further strengthening the brand’s product strategy that bridges racing success and consumer-ready motorcycles.
