NIU, the first Chinese electric motorcycle brand listed in the U.S., announced that it would soon launch its cost-effective, Vespa style two-wheeled electric mopeds in San Francisco, San Diego, Austin, Chicago, Washington, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Honolulu.
