QJMOTOR Launched FORT 150GT in China, Starting at RMB 11,999

On June 3, QJMOTOR officially launched the standard version of the FORT 150GT in the Chinese market with a starting price of RMB 11,999 (approximately USD 1,670). The model is now available in two variants, with the higher-spec version priced at RMB 12,299, adding front and rear dash cameras over the standard model.

Positioned as a 150cc flat-floor scooter for urban commuters, the FORT 150GT continues QJMOTOR’s recent focus on sporty styling while placing a strong emphasis on technology, comfort, and everyday practicality. The new model is aimed at younger riders looking for a versatile scooter capable of handling daily transportation while offering a more premium riding experience.

Visually, the FORT 150GT adopts QJMOTOR’s latest family design language. The front fascia shares several styling cues with the brand sportbike lineup, featuring sharp bodywork and aggressive lines that create a distinctly sporty appearance. A LED projector headlight enhances both illumination and visual impact, while the full-width “Starship” LED taillight improves nighttime visibility and gives the scooter a modern rear profile.

Power comes from a PCR liquid-cooled, four-valve single-cylinder engine producing 12.2 kW at 8,750 rpm and 14.8 N·m of torque at 6,500 rpm. The scooter is also equipped with a silent pulse starter and QJMOTOR’s Power Zero mild-hybrid assist system. In addition to automatic start-stop functionality, the system can provide up to eight seconds of electric assistance during takeoff, helping improve throttle response while reducing vibration and noise during engine restarts.

Designed primarily for daily commuting, the FORT 150GT places considerable focus on rider comfort. It features a seat height of 770 mm, making it accessible to a wide range of riders, while the curb weight is listed at 142 kg. Combined with an optimized riding triangle, the scooter is intended to balance maneuverability in urban traffic with comfort during longer rides.

Comfort and practicality are further enhanced by an electrically adjustable windscreen, a high-density comfort seat, and a flat-floor platform. The flat floor not only improves riding ergonomics but also increases cargo-carrying flexibility. Storage is another key selling point, with a spacious under-seat compartment and a hidden utility hook designed to accommodate helmets, backpacks, and everyday items. A 10-liter fuel tank also contributes to extended riding range between refueling stops.

Technology is one of the highlights of the new scooter. The FORT 150GT comes equipped with a 7-inch full-color TFT display supporting navigation mirroring, tire pressure monitoring, and real-time vehicle information. Riders can unlock the scooter via Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, NFC, or the QJ Smart App, which also allows remote authorization and digital key sharing for added convenience.

In terms of safety, the FORT 150GT is fitted as standard with dual-channel ABS, traction control, front and rear disc brakes, and CST semi-slick tires. The LED projector headlight and highly visible rear lighting system further contribute to active safety, especially during nighttime riding.

With a starting price of RMB 11,999, the FORT 150GT brings together a comprehensive package of smart technology, comfort-focused features, and modern safety equipment. For riders seeking a practical urban commuter that can also handle weekend rides while offering a high level of connectivity and convenience, QJMOTOR’s latest 150cc scooter enters one of China’s most competitive market segments as a noteworthy new contender.
