Global News – Togo | On September 2nd, SHINERAY’s motorcycle flagship store in Togo officially commenced its operations. This marks SHINERAY Motorcycle’s debut flagship store in West Africa. A range of SHINERAY’s motorcycles—including off-road, retro bike, naked bike, underbone, and ATV models—will be made available for purchase in Togo. To be more precise, these motorcycles will be sold in the heart of Lomé, the capital city of Togo.

Founded in 1997, SHINERAY Motorcycle is fully owned by the Eastern SHINERAY Group. With over two decades of technical experience in motorcycle manufacturing, the company has long established itself as a global manufacturer that integrates motorcycle research, production, and sales. Their rich product line covers everything from 50cc to 1200cc motorcycles and engines. Their best-selling models, such as off-road, retro bike, and sidecar, have garnered the admiration of consumers worldwide.

Compared to the high operational costs of automobiles, motorcycles inherently enjoy numerous advantages, playing a critical role in various commercial services like rentals, passenger transport, and goods delivery. According to data from Trend Economy, in 2022, the total import value of motorcycles in Togo was USD 81 million, of which USD 76 million came from China, accounting for a staggering 93%. Notably, 97% of these imported goods fell within the 50cc-250cc range.
