Powering the CU250 II is VOGE’s V-twin engine platform, featuring a liquid-cooled, eight-valve configuration with a 12:1 compression ratio. The engine delivers a maximum output of 20kW at 9,000rpm and peak torque of 23N·m at 7,000rpm, with a claimed top speed of 128km/h. According to VOGE, the motorcycle also features a segment-rare balance shaft design for the V-twin engine, effectively reducing vibration and enhancing long-distance riding comfort.

One of the highlights of the CU250 II is the adoption of a mature AMT transmission system. Its adaptive creeping mode automatically engages at low speeds, easing the burden of frequent gear changes in congested traffic conditions. The motorcycle also introduces a cornering protection function, which intelligently manages deceleration while maintaining gear engagement during lean angles, improving stability through corners.

To suit different riding preferences, the CU250 II offers three riding and shifting modes. D (Normal) mode is designed for beginners and daily commuting with fully automatic operation, while DS (Sport) mode raises shift points for a more responsive and spirited riding experience. Riders seeking greater engagement can select M mode, which supports paddle shifting for manual gear control.

In terms of styling, the new model adopts a redesigned floating-style headlight with a distinctive V-shaped hollow circular lamp design, blending retro aesthetics with modern elements. The fuel tank features fuller and smoother lines, enhancing both the muscular stance and premium feel of the motorcycle. At the rear, the upswept short-tail design creates a cleaner and more classic cruiser silhouette. Additional refinements have also been made to components such as the engine covers, air filter housing, muffler, and side panels, further elevating the bike’s overall quality and detailing.

The seat has been upgraded to a newly designed “cloud-feel” saddle with a slimmer profile, improving support while also making it easier for riders to place their feet on the ground, balancing comfort with practicality.

Handling remains one of the CU series’ core strengths. The CU250 II retains its approachable 710mm seat height, combined with a narrow front tire setup and compact 1,460mm wheelbase. The motorcycle measures 2,200×820×1,090mm and comes equipped with a 15-liter fuel tank. Its low center of gravity and agile chassis are designed to lower the learning curve for beginner riders, making urban commuting and low-speed maneuvers easier and more confidence-inspiring.
