Voge has launched a brand-new CU-X Hybrid Concept featuring a plug-in-hybrid engine, and a futuristic design.

Although details remain scarce at this stage, Voge has provided a glimpse into its potential plans going forward, after unveiling a plug-in-hybrid CU-X cruiser concept.

Operating out of Loncin Motorcycle’s manufacturing facility in Chongqing, China, Voge is one of the many rising brands from East Asia, with models such as the DS800X and DS625X already making their mark in the UK.

However, the Chinese company seems to be looking towards the future more than ever, after revealing the CU-X Hybrid Concept, which interestingly, was presented with touches typically seen on sportier motorcycles.

This includes the use of a front brake and clutch lever guard, while the motorcycle carries a very aggressive look at the front, with no windshield installed.

This is not really a surprise, after all, the CU-X concept is exactly that, a model that has been revealed as a showcase of its technological and manufacturing capabilities, at least for now.

There’s no telling whether Voge will turn the CU-X cruiser concept into a production motorcycle, although the company does already feature three cruiser models, all of which carry the CU name tag.

Those three motorcycles are the CU626, which is currently the highest-capacity model within the range, as well as the CU525 and CU250.

What makes this new concept particularly interesting is its plug-in-hybrid engine, which mixes conventional combustion-engine power with electric performance.

The motorcycle also features braking systems from J.Juan, a solid front wheel, and two shock absorbers at the rear.

The new CU-X concept was revealed at CIMA 2026, which was the 24th edition of the China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition.
