CCCM Visit to Iran Achieves Resounding Success, Bolstering Sino-Iranian Industrial Trade Relations
Global News- Iran | From August 18 to 25, a delegation organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Motorcycle made its inaugural inspection of the Iranian motorcycle market. The visit was met with significant attention from Iranian authorities. The Iranian Motorcycle Industry Association arranged for representatives of Iranian motorcycle businesses to meet with the Chinese delegation in Tehran for an industry exchange event.The Chinese embassy in Iran also dispatched representatives to attend the meeting.
During the conference, Zhang Hongbo, Secretary-General of the China Chamber of Commerce for Motorcycle, and Iranian industry leaders provided detailed overviews on the current state of the motorcycle sectors in both nations, their developmental trajectories, industrial policies, and industry standards. The Iranian side expressed a keen interest in deepening collaboration with Chinese businesses in areas such as technology, product development, and localization.
During the visit, the delegation also explored KAIC, Iran’s largest private automotive group, and two of the country’s premier motorcycle manufacturing enterprises, NIROO and KAVIR.
Reports indicate that in 2023, the Iranian motorcycle market exhibits positive momentum and a robust market demand. Feedback from major Taizhou export companies, represented by brands like ZNEN, WANGYE, TEYIN, and GUSITE, corroborates this observation. The visit, facilitated by the China Chamber of Commerce for Motorcycle, carries profound and lasting implications for the growth of the industry in both countries and the prospective collaboration between Chinese and Iranian enterprises.
