The coaxiality of the upper and lower bearing bushes of the steering column of Dayang motorcycles can reach 0.005mm, and the factory has purchased equipment with higher precision. In the past, the bearing bushes were first bored and then welded, and the welding would change the shape of the metal parts. Now, the bearing bushes are bored after the welding. It directly affects the lightness of the control.
Third, multiple verification. After the 150 was launched, some users made detailed records of the vibration at different speed sections and fed them back to the factory. There was a slightly stronger vibration in one of the speed sections. Generally speaking, it is not necessary for the factory to adjust this vibration, and it is a sports scooter that can be drive on non-paved roads in a way. However, Liu Botao, the general manager of Dayang, has a high requirements of the technology. Therefore, he still analyzes the reasons with the technicians. They listed all the reasons that could cause vibrations at this speed section, and excluded them one by one. In the end, they found that adjusting the horizontal angle of the engine is the best way to suppress vibration at this stage, so they changed the value once and installed a vehicle fro a round of testing, and then installed and tried again until they found a more ideal value.
