HOTO Motorcycle Take the Lead in the 2025 TAKLIMAKAN RALLY
The 2025 TAKLIMAKAN RALLY kicked off in Xinjiang in May. As one of the most influential off-road events in China, it attracted a large number of professional athletes and off-road enthusiasts. The event was unprecedented in scale, and actors Wu Jing and Han Dongjun attended the event, adding great popularity and attention to this extreme challenge across the gobi ,desert and mountains.
The participating motorcycle brands include HOTO, KTM, KOVE, and QJMOTOR. The most eye-catching one is the stunning performance of HOTO’s Red Camel motorcycle on the track. Since the start of the race, the HOTO motorcycle has almost dominated the leading rhythm of the motorcycle group, taking the top three in seven consecutive stages, showing the strong strength of Chinese off-road motorcycles in extreme terrain.
On May 21, the first stage (SS1) kicked off in Wensu County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang. The 159-kilometer-long stage combines various complex terrains such as mountains, canyons, and rivers, which places extremely high demands on the driver’s ability to control the vehicle and the performance of the locomotive. On May 28, the seventh stage (SS7) was held in Yecheng County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang. The stage is 82 kilometers long and features a composite terrain of “Desert + Gobi”. It is the latest stage to be launched this year.
In this battle of technology and endurance from the first stage (SS1) to the seventh stage (SS7), HOTO Motorcycle continued to exert its strength and swept the top three places in the motorcycle group, winning applause for the Chinese brand.
At present, on May 30, the competition has reached the eighth stage (SS8) from Yecheng to Maigaiti, with a total distance of 674 kilometers and a special stage mileage of 343 kilometers. This is also the longest special stage of this competition. For HOTO Motorcycle, this stage is not only a battlefield to verify that the seven consecutive victories are well-deserved, but also a key battle to impact the overall championship. The major rivals tried to launch a counterattack, but judging from the performance of the previous stages, the tacit understanding between the HOTO team drivers and the machinery, endurance adaptation and rhythm control are already at the leading level.
The 2025 TAKLIMAKAN RALLY will usher in the final stage (SS10) on June 1, and the champion will be announced soon. Can the HOTO Motorcycle continue its unstoppable momentum, leading the entire stage and finally reaching the top? Let us wait and see!
