2019 SHINERAY RAMS440 Details Updated
In line with the principle of giving consideration to both feelings and connotation, and paying equal attention to both good looks and practicality, the latest batch of RAMS440 received updates in details. Without destroying the original appearance and flavor, improvement has been made to optimize the riding posture and processing details.
Process optimization of the front and rear mudguards
Previously, the mudguards were transplanted directly from that of CJ750. Some users like the retro rough taste, but more people still like more detailed processing. Thus, now the factory has made a new standard front mudguard, with smoother surface.
Decorative horn
The decorative horn is added with a back shell, so the wire is no longer exposed.
The horn bracket structure is also adjusted for higher strength.
Handlebar optimization
The handlebar becomes wider, and the grip position is moved back by 2cm. Now the riding posture is more upright for the upper body, which is more comfortable for elder riders.
Structure adjustment of air filter cap
The air filter cover is changed to be a one-piece part, retaining the previous appearance. Now, the rider no longer worries about being scratched by the hook when getting on and off the motorcycle.
Structure adjustment of the front saddle
The shape of the front saddle is further trimmed–the tilt angle is reduced. The saddle now has a larger contact area with the hip, which is more ergonomic. At the same time, the saddle spring is changed to a soft connection structure to be more effective in shock absorption, which can effectively alleviate the waist fatigue during long-time riding.
Material/structure adjustment of back saddle
The back saddle is changed from a CJ750 saddle to be the same as the front saddle, and the shock absorbing structure is changed to compression type. The rear handrail is changed to a new style, which is thicker, harder, and stronger.
Process optimization of subframe
The rear of the subframe is now an integrated part, resulting in a neat appearance.
Optimization of rear shock absorber
The rear shock spring can no longer be seen, which is more retro.
The rear shock is shortened by 2cm, making the motorcycle more of a retro cruiser.
