Jialing CoCo has been upgraded from a popular model to an independent brand–the company announced at a launch event in Guiyang. And the first CoCo model was released on the same day, namely, the CoCo SVR180. It has the fashion version priced at 12,680 yuan and the premium version priced at 13,680 yuan.

CoCo SVR180 changed the “outdated” image of cubs, and introduced the current popular style, especially a very aggressive head.

In terms of configuration, SVR180 has a dual-channel ABS system, and a 5-inch TFT instrument with screen projection navigation and tire pressure monitoring functions for the high-profile version. Whether it is the appearance level, or the power book data and configuration level, CoCo SVR180 has an excellent appearance, power data and configurations.

Compared with other cubs, CoCo SVR180 looks more sporty and aggressive. Other configurations include front and rear disc brakes with ABS, USB charging outlet, still chain drive, 6-speed transmission.

It is powered by a single-cylinder water-cooled engine with a displacement of 180cc, achieving a maximum of 17PS horsepower, 12.5kW and 15.5N.m torque. The SOHC four-valve design is better for acceleration. The suspension system adopts hydraulic damping. With a weight of 120kg and a fuel tank capacity of 6.5L, the vehicle also has a longer range than its peers. In recent years, cubs have gradually become bigger. CoCo SVR180 offers motorcycle fans one more choice.

This press conference shows to the market: CoCo has changed from a single product to a sub-brand, is the result of the enterprise’s market strategic shift. The CoCo product has been deeply rooted in the hearts of consumers, and the CoCo sub-brand will focus on entertainment, nostalgia and quality to launch more small boutique models.

In terms of future brand planning, CoCo will complete CoCo Cub (retro leisure cub) and CoCo Pony (classic small standard bike) and CoCo Cat (leisure scooter). It is expected to build 400 brand image stores and launch 25 new products of CoCo brand in 2024.

The JL125B-10, CoCo 125cc sidecar, unveiled at 2021 CIMAMotor, is the first in the market to combine a cub and a sidecar. It carries an engine with an actual displacement of 133cc, with 3 forward+ reverse gear design. The 1540mm elongated sidecar design is comfortable for adults. The sidecar is made of high strength aviation materials, weighing only 20kg. The professional sidecar chassis design and the use of flexible connectors ensure riding pleasure.

The CoCo Cross 125X was also unveiled for the first time. It is positioned as a multi-functional all-terrain adventure model, accompanying the users through the streets of daily work and commuting. It can also take you to go off-road and take risks. Equipped with front 18-inch and rear 16-inch spoked and off-road tires, the vehicle achieves a 185mm ground clearance and excellent overall passing performance.

It is provided with a 31mm front vertical shock absorber with 110mm-travel; the rear airbag shock absorber is pre-load adjustable. With a 38mm-thick steel tube frame and a 60x40mm reinforced rear flat fork, the CoCo Cross 125X is more shock-resistant.

It is equipped with LCD instrument, LED lights, double-lens headlight and USB charging interface, and powered by an actual 125cc engine with balance shaft, featuring stronger power and lower vibration. The actual maximum power is 7.5KW and the maximum torque is 9.5N·m.

The CoCo Pony 150F also made its debut. Positioned as a retro Mini, it can be seen as a small Ducati Scrambler in styling. The CoCo Pony 150F has a 755mm seat high, which is very user-friendly. It uses 14-inch aluminum wheels, and front and rear dual-channel ABS system. It is also equipped with an inverted front shock absorber and a LCD instrument.
