Main Chinese Petrol Two-Wheeler Models in 2018(Part1)
Chinese Petrol two-wheeler products vary in brands, types, and styles. Every year domestic Petrol two-wheeler manufacturers launch new models into the market. We have identified the main new prod- ucts from major domestic brands.
ZONGSHEN RZ3S
Compared with RZ3, which was put on sale in 2016, RZ3S is more concise in appearance. There is no fairing on both sides and the weaving frame is exposed more. The headlight is changed to a round one and upgraded to LED light source.
CYCLONE RZ3S adopts a LCD instrument with blue backlight, which displays rev, speed, water temperature, oil level, gear position, time, mileage and distance.
RZ3S carries the same engine as CYCLONE RX3S. This water-cooled 380cc engine is the first double cylinder of ZONGSHEN. The maximum power is 27kw. The maximum torque at middle-to-low rev is 35N•m.
ZONGSHEN RE3
RE3 is the latest model developed based on ZONGSHEN’s new twin powerplant TC380, which was firstly equipped on RX3S.
Prior to the RE3, CYCLONE family does not have a retro model, and ZONGSHEN only has the WEEK 8. RE3 looks a bit like WEEK 8, with a silver-gray body, a long stainless steel exhaust, and a striated tank, but it is definitely a super elegant retro bike.
RE3 carries a ZONGSHEN’s TC380 water-cooled eight-valve DOHC two-cylinder engine, with an actual displacement of 378.8ml. The maximum power is 27kw/9000rpm, and the maximum torque is 35N•m/6500rpm. The engine adopts a 180-degree crankshaft design, which can offset the forces during running. In addition, the built-in balance shaft further reduces engine’s vibration.
LONCIN GP300
GP300 features separate rear mudguard, simple, light, solid and nice-looking and can keep the wheels away from the dirt much well.
All-new four-valve, DOHC, water-cooled YF300 engine with BOSCH EFI system can bring you an excellent power performance and make your journey full of passion.

LONCIN VOGE LX500
LX500 is developed to be a sport bike. The sharp body lines give an aggressive stance.
It uses LED lighting and is designed with all-time-on lamp: the headlight is turned on when starting the engine. A white light bar is provided on both sides of the headlight, which makes the bike look even modern.
LX500 carries the 471cc asynchronous water-cooled 8-valve double-cylinder engine that generates a maximum power of 35kW/8500rpm and a maximum torque of 43N•m/7000rpm.
The front KYB 41mm shock is inverted and the rear central multi-link shock is preloaded and adjustable.
LX500 has a 17.2L fuel tank, a full fill of which can support a running range of about 400 kilometers.
LONCIN VOGE 300AC
300AC is the first retro model of the new brand VOGE, – the suffix AC is the abbreviation of “Advanced Classic”.
300AC looks plump but not fat, presenting a feature of androgen. All lights use LED light source except the taillights.
As a pioneer retro sport model, 300AC is powered by a 292.4ml water-cooled four-valve DOHC EFI engine that Loncin has readjusted. With the assistance of a 6-speed transmission, the power system is highly efficient, economic, smooth, and quiet. The use of a low-friction roller rocker arm greatly reduces the probability of heat exhaustion when the engine works for a long time and prolongs its service life.
LIFAN KPM200
As a new one in the Lifan’s KP series, KPM200 not only inherits the KP series’ familization design but also integrates lots of new design elements, full of high-tec and classical feeling, which is an innovative model with highly original working and eye-catching style.
KPM adopts split-type frame with modular construction, more rational. All the lights on KPM are LED lights with long service life.
The design of instrument and fuel tank can be regarded as KPM’s highlight: the single digital LED meter is fixed on the left side of the fuel tank with a leather strip, which makes it very simple and direct at first impression and meets with KPM’s product orientation on appearance, outstanding and extraordinary.
KPM is carried a second generation EFI and water-cooled engine from NBF with two-valve, SOHC, 200cc displacement. Its maximum power is 12.5KW/8000rpm and maximum torque is 16.5N•m/6500rpm.
SHINERAY VRACER (DM250)
VRACER’s whole body does not have many covering parts. The headlight, fuel tank, side decorating plate, and the tail part have given a clear body line. Different from a traditional retro motorcycle, VRACER looks tougher, concise, and sporty.
The headlight adopts a separated torch-shaped design, which is composed of a LED light bar, blue running light, halogen low-beam light and LED high-beam light. The combination headlight presents a high-end visual effect, the penetration of LED high beam features good lighting effect. Seen from the front, VRACER is beautiful but not overly showy.
The rear part highlights VRACER’s appearance. The “hump” style design is inspired by the traditional “CAFE”, but VRACER does not copy the traditional elements mechanically. Shineray can hollow-carved design at the side of the back. The decorative plate is embedded beneath the aluminum armrest. There is also arrow hollow-carved design at the middle position. The tail gives a strongly stereoscopic impression. Designed this way, VRACER’s center of gravity is shifted to avoid the front heaviness.
DAYANG DY125-68
DY125-68 carries an EPI engine. The structural improvement of integral type cylinder head reduces the deformation of engine working at thermal state, which prolongs the engine’s life.
The light weight design of cylinder block optimizes the shape and position of cooling fin, and reduces the total weight.
Fuel consumption is reduced by 20% compared with that of a carburetor edition.
The starting acceleration and overtaking acceleration are improved by 0.2s compared with that of the carburetor edition. The top speed is improved from 85km/h to 89km/h.
HAOJIN ARES (HJ150-26)
As a new generation of street sport with high performance, ARES150 features avant-garde design, high-end configuration, professional control and so on. It is a 150cc street bike developed by Haojin. It adopts some technological designs like large-size LCD meter, all LED lightings, lens headlight, daytime running lamps, multi-functional fuel tank protective cover, aerodynamic bodywork, nitrogen rear shock absorption, which brings the drivers brand new riding experience. This bike is powered by top CBF150 engine with HAOJIN core technology. ARES reacts very quickly with a maximum torque of 13.0N•m.
SENKE SK250-K
In 2018, SENKE released its latest self-developed SK250-K that adopts a high-strength steel-tube braided frame with safety bars. It has a new 250cc water-cooled four-valve DOHC engine and a Bosch intelligent EFI system, with a maximum power of 19.5kw/9000rpm. It has explosive power, little vibration, and good high-speed stability.
The front disc brake adopts radial calipers and light disc, which improves the braking performance while reducing the weight of the bike. It is also equipped with ABS.
SANYA NF125 BOX
SANYA held a product launch event in Lome, capital of the Republic of Togo for its self-developed new model, NF125 BOX. As is known to all, NF125 BOX is a hit product SANYA developed at its 20th anniversary. It is a completely upgraded CG model.
NF125 BOX adopts the NFB efficient dynamics that makes full use of every drop of fuel. It carries SANYA independently developed UFB swirling engine. The design of U-shaped oil bath and lighter piston at the top of engine has helped to reduce fuel consumption by more than 5%. The moving parts inside the engine get lighter to produce smaller inertia. The friction on piston ring is reduced to increase the torque. Thus, NF125 BOX is largely improved on its power and acceleration. It takes only 12s to cover 200 meters from starting.
