On November 1st, HORWIN “X0 Night”was successfully held in Chongqing, and officially released the world’s first high-performance electric urban ADV (Urban-ADV) and the world’s first electric super touring model (Hyper GT) through the two-wheel assisted driving technology platform. HORWIN leads the sustainable development of the high-performance electric motorcycle industry, and officially announced the launch of the plan of “Mobile Civilization” life experiment.

IM integrated intelligent chassis redefined the electric motorcycle

The IM integrated intelligent chassis was developed by HORWIN itself. In terms of the structural layout of the whole vehicle, HORWIN didn’t adopt the structural layout of traditional fuel vehicles and the split-type three-electric layout of traditional electric vehicles, which not only achieves a breakthrough in aesthetics, but also breaks the triangle paradox that has plagued the industry for many years to realize an innovation in performance.

Due to IM integrated intelligent chassis, HORWIN Senmenti 0 achieves a thrust-to-weight ratio of 0.32hp/kg (28%-37% more than the same level of fuel vehicles and 44% more than the same level of electric vehicles and has a top speed of 200km/h), a battery life of over 300km, and the acceleration time from 0 to 100km/h in 2.8s, although it is only 185.5kg (the dry weight of fuel vehicles of the same level basically generally is heavier than 230kg) and it has a power of 45kwh, a 400V high-voltage platform, and a battery capacity of 16.2kw/h.

The models equipped with IM integrated intelligent chassis can realize the performance far exceeds that of products of the same level through only half the power and two-thirds of the battery capacity, which reflects these models are lighter, safer, more stable, high-performance and efficient.

Scenario-defining products

Based on the IM integrated intelligent chassis, HORWIN released two electric motorcycles, Senmenti 0 and Senmenti X.

Senmenti 0

Senmenti 0 is the world’s first high-performance electric urban ADV (Urban-ADV), which is the multi-scenario, multi-functional and multi-purpose crossover vehicles. It can be not only suitable for the urban travel, but also can take into account the comfort and strong power required for outdoor adventures. What’s more, it inherits the sports performance of traditional scooters, and it is can become more convenient and comfortable through the adjustment of the sitting posture and air suspension.

Senmenti 0 is equipped with more than 30 main core sensors, including temperature sensors, speed sensors, air pressure sensors, airspeed sensors, smart cameras, 9-axis IMU detection units, etc. Therefore, it can achieve the information about the vehicle status, the surrounding environment and vehicle body situation.

Based on this configuration, the intelligent functions of stage 1.0 was created, including situational awareness, ramp assist, Auto Hold, blind spot detection, collision warning, sentry mode, etc. In addition, the car-level domain controller architecture is used to realize local and edge high-speed computing, information judgment and decision-making in real time, forming an intelligent platform that integrates data collection, data analysis, and automated decision-making.

The original core algorithm is used to expand the OTA upgrade space to realize the OTA intelligent upgrade of the whole scene, and realize the interaction between the intelligent man-machine system and the user through the cloud service platform of big data and AI learning. Users can even adjust the power curve by themselves. Senmenti 0 will become more intelligent to be a “new mobile life” that can truly communicate, remember, and learn through continuous training, memory, and learning of user habits.

Senmenti X

Senmenti X appeared, HORWIN global first electric super touring model (Hyper GT), which showing the application of the aesthetic concept of cyberpunk rather than the traditional motorcycle body plastic cover and redundant design. It adopts the integrated die-cast formed aluminum alloy profile, which not only improves the power performance, but also can be adapted to all car AC and DC charging piles in the world and reversely charge electric vehicles and HORWIN motorcycles.

Senmenti X is the world’s first electric motorcycle with electronically controlled steering, the world’s first electric motorcycle that can be configured with a range extender, and the world’s first electric motorcycle that can tow a trailer. In the future, the dynamic self-balancing function will be evolved, so that the vehicle will keep balance in the static state and the riding state, which further improves the riding safety of two-wheeled motorcycles. In addition, it brings the riding experience of “flying close to the ground” with the rider’s low center of gravity sitting posture and first-class comfortable seat.
