KPT400 adopts circular matrix cutting and translucent suspension design. The extreme detail design and breakthrough of unconventional appearance impact make technology and machine coordinate perfectly for the first time, leading the industry NEW WAVE.

Six systems integrate brand-new power DRF400

KPT400 carries a brand-new DRF400 double-cylinder 8-valve water-cooled engine developed by LIFAN itself. Its maximum power is 31.5kW/9,500rpm and maximum torque is 35N·m/7,500rpm. This engine’s six system fully guarantee the power output:

• Hot engine system: fully burning ensures the high explosive and the super torque performance of the engine. It highlights the performance at medium and low rev, and improves the acceleration performance.
• Transmission system: five-column six-plate clutch makes the riding more stable and comfortable. The new generation main and secondary gear structure and gear girding process greatly improve the gear precision and reduce noise. Large module gear ensures the gear strength.
• Engine body system: the new generation crankshaft structure of car engine reduces noise and abrasion. The unique oil pan design ensures the effective heat dissipation.

• Shift system: six-speed double fork shaft variable structure makes shift smoother and riding more comfortable.
• Dynamic balance structure: built-in balance structure improves the whole bike’s stability and comfort.
• Lubrication cooling system: external oil filter is more convenient for maintenance. Piston spray cooling extends engine’s life. The water-cooled system ensures the engine does not have a fever.

Handing performance, six urban “SUV” characteristic

• Manipulability: high rigidity stress structure ensures the stability of the bike in various road conditions; flexible turning and easy handling.
• Security: KPT400 carries the front four-piston caliper disc brake, the rear dual-piston caliper disc brake and dual channel ABS. The stable body control keeps your safety.
• Comfort: inverted adjustable front shock absorber, adjustable central rear shock and the integrated cushion all take care of off-road and city street riding and are more comfortable.
• Adaption: tubeless travel tires of high performance and aluminum alloy guard plate under engine make KPT400 adapt to various long-distance field riding no matter rugged mountain roads or muddy roads.
• Endurance: the bike is equipped with the big fuel tank with capacity of 18.5L and the EFI system researched and developed jointly by LIFAN and BOSCH. Short-distance fuel consumption is low and the endurance of 500 kilometers is guaranteed.

• Whole configuration: adjustable front windshield, integrated rear armrest, original three boxes and bumper. Various original configurations meet various riding needs.

Three intelligent technology applications
