VOGE AC525 adopts a new engine with the actual displacement of 494cc.Compared with the previous version,the maximum power changed from 36kw to 39.6kw,and the maximum torque changed from 45N·m to 50.5N·m.The compression ratio is 11.5:1, and the top speed is 160 km/h.
There are other optimizations including the second generation of intelligent T-Box, the suspension setup, and brake levers and oil pumps that enhance the driving experience. The configuration is basically the same as the previous 500AC such as KYB’s inverted front fork, Nissin caliper, sliding clutch, dual-channel ABS, and TFT meters, etc.
Benelli Leoncino 500
Benelli Leoncino 500 is equipped with the independent ABS button so that riders can turn off the ABS easily.The Leoncino 500 has a front inverted shock absorber of 50mm diameter.You need slow down when crossing a pit because the 125mm stroke may be not enough.
Benelli Leoncino 500 is equipped with a 500cc water-cooled 4-stroke 2-cylinder engine independently developed by Benelli.It can accelerate to 100 kilometers in 5.6 seconds. After the replacement of the LONCIN 525cc engine, the KOVE 525F has the same actual displacement of 494cc, the maximum power of 39.6km/8500rpm, the maximum torque of 50.5Nm/7000rpm, the compression ratio of 11.5:1, and the acceleration to 100 km/h in only 5.3 seconds.
The slipper clutch has two power modes. This engine data is exactly the same as that of the VOGE AC525, including the peak speed.
KOVE 525F is still equipped with front and rear KYB shock absorbers, but the front shock absorber cannot be adjustable. The front shock absorber stroke is 155mm, and the rear shock absorber stroke is 165mm. In addition, it adopts steel spoke wheels , and Pirelli’s MT60RS all-terrain tires. Front brake is 298mm dual disc and dual piston brake caliper while rear brake is 240mm single disc and dual piston caliper.
KOVE 525F has three-stage adjustable ABS (open, half-open, closed),and the Nissin caliper is replaced with the caliper of an unknown brand.
Gaokin GK500 Climbing Version
The GK500 is equipped with a water-cooled DOHC 8-valve 486cc parallel twin-cylinder four-stroke engine with a maximum power of 47.6Hp/8,500rpm, a maximum torque of 45Nm/6,500rpm and a compression ratio of 10.7:1.The engine adjustment is mainly for the power output at low and medium speeds,and rotation rate is in the range of 4,000rpm to 8,000rpm.
The GPS-measured the acceleration to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds is better than the KOVE 500X, VOGE 500DS’s 5.8 seconds, and Benelli Leoncino 500’s 5.6 seconds.The power performance is relatively reliable. The durability and stability still need further verification.
