KOVE MOTO makes its first appearance to the Milan exhibition. It is a prominent motorcycle company established in 2017, focusing on the R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of large displacement models. The brand advocates “zero in on performance”, and the company’s vision is to provide large displacement models both for leisure and sports with high-performance and high-quality for motorcycle riders and enthusiasts across the globe.

Its founder, Zhang Xue, learned motorcycle maintenance at the age of 15, and entered the racing team to train at the age of 19. After that, he is known as a professional off-road rider and team mechanic, and begin to participate in the national off-road motorcycle competition.

Zhang Xue leads the product development and test by himself. He is proficient in motorcycle technology, and also focuses on quality, emphasizes light weight, product performance and its adjustment. With full passion for motorcycles, he promised that he would only be engaged in the motorcycle industry for the rest of his life. He is a “madman” who has been riding and studying motorcycle for many years, and has a very deep understanding of products. In the process of manufacture, he has resolutely implemented his knowledge of products into the development, ancillary and production lines;

With two factories in Chongqing and Chengdu, KOVE focuses on product design and development, and the development and design team accounts for 25% of its staff. Concentrating on product quality control and fully implementing the IAFT16949 quality system. There are general assembly line, department assembly line, engine company, frame factory, muffler factory, CNC parts processing center, brake factory, fuel tank factory. Not to mention motorcycle test bench, engine test bench, 3D seat cushion detector, etc. It has formed a complete production process from engine design and its manufacturing, whole design, development, and to the final assemble.

The KOVE MOTO sales team developed the 500X ADV model in 2018 by relying on its in-depth understanding of the Chinese motorcycle market and anticipating the upcoming market trend of medium and large displacement rally motorcycles. This model won the Model of the Year in China Motorcycle Industry in 2019. It is sold under the name MACBOR MOTANA XR5 in Spain, Portugal and JAWA RVM 500 in the Czech Republic. This model is the largest displacement ADV model in China.

In order to realize better R&D, KOVE MOTO has established 3 racing teams: off-road racing, road racing and rally racing. The rally team will take part in the Dakar Rally with its own developed 450 RALLY. The road racing team has obtained the FIM manufacturer registration, and is preparing to use KOVEMOTO’s own NK321RR to participate in the WSBK.

KOVE brought a variety of models to Milan this time, covering multiple displacements including 125cc, 250cc, 300cc, 500cc, 800cc. There are street, rally, retro, adventure , off-road, replica race. Among them, the 800X matches the self-developed 800CC twin-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 71KW/9000rpm. The curb weight is 183kg, and ground clearance is 245mm. Front and rear suspension stroke is 210mm, and the fuel tank is 22L.

The 400RR is equipped with a self-developed 400CC, four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 50KW/3500rpm. The curb weight is 160kg and the maximum speed reaches 220km/h.

The 450 rally is designed for enthusiasts who dream of participating in the dakar rally, with a maximum power of 40KW/9500rmp and a fuel tank capacity of 31L. KOVE is planning to use this model to join the dakar rally.

KOVE also showed MX250 off-road motorcycle with a maximum power of 30KW/11500rpm and a curb weight of an astonishing 95kg, which is the company’s extremely lightweight product.
