Re-evolved engine for overall performance improvement

At the heart of the 250SR, is a professionally tuned engine built on the 250NK power platform. The DOHC engine is improved on the throttle responsiveness, further optimized on the air filter inlet area to reduce the air intake resistance; at the same time, the throttle valve shaft diameter is reduced and the inner diameter is increased to 38mm to improve the flow of oil and air, making 250SR more powerful.

The output at 9750rpm is 20.5kw and the maximum torque at 7500rpm is 22N·m.

CF-SC system

CFMOTO gives 250SR an excellent sliding clutch system: the power-assisted sliding clutch opens a little when the return torque is too large, which well prevents the rear wheel from swinging when the motorcycle brakes/decelerates sharply.
