Another 750cc Retro Sports Bike Launched into the Domestic Market
China – Another 750cc motorcycles–Jedi FR750 was launched into the domestic market. It was released at the Xi’an motorcycle exhibition with a starting price of 43,800 yuan.
This domestic large-displacement bike takes a relatively unique route in exterior design. Although the distinctive shape can attract much attention, the retro elements on a sports bike make it a little bit too peculiar.
The lighting system consists of LED lights. The hexagonal headlight design with LED light ring looks unique. The front fairing enhances retro temperament, and the covering parts make the body more plump. It adopts TFT full-color LCD display, with various theme interfaces and sports modes, supporting Bluetooth connection and mobile phone screen projection. The circular speedometer creates a sense of fast speed. Besides, it enables keyless start, handlebar backlight and other functions.
The FR750 carries the in-line twin-cylinder water-cooled engine co-developed with the Swiss SUTER. The actually 730cc engine can output 60kW/7500rpm (81.6ps) , and the maximum torque is 70N·m/6500rpm.
Jedi gives this new bike good configurations. It has front adjustable inverted KYB damping and rear KYB airbag damping. The braking system consists of front opposite four-piston calipers with dual floating discs and rear opposite piston calipers and Brembo pump.
The FR75 also comes with standard Bosch dual-channel ABS, multi-section adjustable Brembo up-push pump, all-aluminum frame plus aluminum rear rocker arm. But it doesn’t have the recently popular TCS.
In addition, it has front 120-70-17 and rear 180-55-17 Pirelli GT tires; The seat is 795mm high and the tank capacity is 18L.
