According to new vehicle registration data released by FENABRAVE for the first half of 2026, Chinese electric two-wheeler brands have become an increasingly important part of Brazil’s electric motorcycle market. A total of 10 Chinese brands appeared in the Top 15 ranking by cumulative registrations from January to June. GCX ranked second with 1,076 registrations, followed by SHINERAY in third. AIPAO, SMARDA and HORWIN also placed in the Top 10, while LUYUAN, AIMA, TAILG and YADEA made the Top 15.

Among the brands that have already established a certain registration volume in Brazil, YADEA’s appearance in the ranking is particularly noteworthy. According to official FENABRAVE statistics, YADEA recorded 67 electric motorcycle registrations in Brazil from January to June 2026, giving it a 0.75% market share and placing it 14th overall. A total of 8,933 electric motorcycles were registered in the country from January to June 2026, up 64.75% from 5,422 units during the same period of 2025. FENABRAVE data further shows that Brazil recorded 1,701 electric motorcycle registrations in June 2026, up 58.38% from 1,074 units in May.
